Jonathan Michael Johnson founded Epic Enterprises Consulting, a small-business growth firm focused on fast, step-by-step improvement. Epic serves owners two ways: Cache Valley Consulting advises local owners who want to DIY-scale into a sellable company, while ScaledEasy.com delivers a similar program by phone. Jonathan specializes in structure, winning market share as an underdog, and getting the right people in the right seats. He enjoys exploring America with his wife, Crystal, and playing Magic: The Gathering with his kids.

Bryton Nield is a Scaling.com Strategist who has advised founders and leadership teams from $1 million to more than $300 million in annual revenue, including a home healthcare company that later sold for $300 million+. As COO of Amplify My Business, he grew it from startup to $3 million in three years, scaling clients 30X and the team past 50. He later co-founded Hiring Pros, personally closing $5 million+ in sales. Bryton specializes in leadership, hiring, and offer creation. He lives in Northern Utah with his wife, Christi, and their three boys.
